Pure Vermont Maple Cream

Our maple cream is NOT that "blended maple butter" you may find elsewhere. No sir! Our maple cream is made from 100% pure Vermont maple syrup. You know it's pure maple because when it arrives don't be surprised to see a layer of maple syrup on the top when you open the jar. This is normal. Simply let the jar come to room temperature and then give it a stir to mix the syrup back in. And you may ask, why do other companies add butter. Well, because it's cheaper and it stays blended. Meaning, the syrup doesn't need that quick stir. In our opinion though, nothing is better than PURE maple.
